CURSING KINUYIM AND HASH-M'S SPECIAL NAME (Yerushalmi Halachah 8 Daf 36b)
אית תניי תני על הכינויים באזהרה ועל שם המיוחד במיתה וכרת.
(Beraisa #2): There is a Lav for Kinuyim, and Misah and Kares for Hash-m's special name.
מאן דמר על הכינויים באזהרה וכרת אלהים לא תקלל ועוד איש איש כי יקלל אלהיו ונשא חטאו בכרת. ועל שם המיוחד במיתה ונוקב שם ה' מות יומת.
The one who says that there is a Lav and Kares for Kinuyim, [he learns from] "Elokim Lo Sekalel", and "Ish Ish Asher Yekalel Elokav v'Nasa Chet'o", which refers to Kares. There is Misah for Hash-m's special name, from "v'Nokev Shem Hash-m Mos Yumas";
ומאן דמר על הכינויין באזהרה אלהים לא תקלל. ועל שם המיוחד במיתה וכרת ונוקב שם ה' מות יומת ואיש איש כי יקלל אלהיו וגו'.
