DAF DISCUSSIONS - BAVA KAMA 14

allen schuldenfrei asked:

can you please review these 2 footnotes. I think Rav Yosef talked about the "pundik" and therefore the mazik is chayiv. whereas, the beraisa of the 4 rules speaks about "bik'ah" and therefore the mazik is patur.

The Kollel replies:

You are correct to point out that there has been an error in these two notes and the end of each note seems to have been inadvertently exchanged with the end of the other note. Thus, from the word "u'Pundak", until the end of note four, belongs at the end of note six, and from the word "v'ha'Bikah", until the end of note six, belongs at the end of note four.

Thanks for your help.
