The Gemorah asks why does the first opinion not include moving a place (shinui makom) as one of the 4, citing Avrohom Aveinu's success when he left Paden Aram. The Gemorah answers that Avrohom's success was not attributed to shinui makom per se, but because he had the zechus of Eretz Yisroel. My question is the following: If that is the case (that it was the zechus of moving to Eertz Yisroel that helped Avrohom), why not include moving to Eretz Yisroel as the fifth thing which can rip apart the din. Instead of shinui makom, it could be "shinui makom l'Eretz Yisroel"?

Good question! I understood that the Gemara is only listing advice that will help for everyone, no matter what and where he is. Moving to Eretz Yisrael will not help a person who already is in Eretz Yisrael, so it was not listed.
