Oznayim la'Torah: It is similar to the Kohen Gadol on Yom Kipur, about which the Torah writes in Acharei-Mos, Vayikra, 16:17 "ve'Chol Adam Lo Yih'yeh be'Ohel Mo'ed .... See Oznayim la'Torah who elaborates.
