Why does the Torah say "le'Einei Kol ha'Am"?

Rashi: To teach us that there was not a blind person among them. 1

Ramban: Because every single person witnessed how Hashem (in the form of an appearance of fire) 2 descended on Har Sinai.

Because following their acceptance of the Torah, they were all cured.

Since the Torah writes in Shemos (33:20) "Lo Yir'ani ha'Adam va'Chai" (Ramban).
