Why does the Torah insert the word "le'Miyno" "le'Miynah" or "le'Miyneihu" by some of the species of birds?
Rashi (on Pasuk 13): Whenever the Torah writes "le'Miyno" "le'Miynah" or "le'Miyneihu" it comes to include birds that belong to the same species, even though they do not resemble them and have independent names. 1

Rashi (citing Chulin 63b) writes - in Re'ei Devarim, 14:13 - that Da'ah, Ayah and Dayah (listed there) are the same species. Why did the Torah give different names for the same species?
Rashi (in Devarim Ibid.): Some people know only some of its names. Consequently, if the Torah had not give all its names, they might conclude that it is not one of the Tamei species listed.
QUESTIONS ON RASHI
Rashi writes (in Re'ei Devarim, 14:13, from Chulin 63b) that Da'ah here is synonymous with Ra'ah there. Why did the Torah change its name?
Rashi (in Devarim 14:13): The Torah calls it 'Ra'ah' there because it has incredible eyesight, and sees from afar. 1
Refer to 11:14:151:1. Hadar Zekenim (in Devarim 14:13) - the Torah did not list both in Devarim, because people would then assume tha they are different species. 2 It was not a problem to add Dayah, since here it says "Ayah le'Minah" (so we can say that Dayah is included).

Now that Da'ah was not repeated, how do we know that it is synonymous with Ra'ah? Perhaps it is reasonable to repeat everything, and add (such as the Shesu'ah - Bechoros 6b), but not to repeat all the species except for one. (PF)
