(Mishnah): One who uses Ma'aser Sheni money to buy an animal for his Shelamim offering or a beast for it's meat; the skin becomes Chulin, even if its value is more than the flesh.

If sealed jugs of wine were bought in an area where they are usually sold sealed, the jugs become Chulin.

If one bought walnuts and almonds, their shells become Chulin.

Tamad (wine made from grape skins) - before it has fermented, it may not be bought with Ma'aser Sheni money; but after it fermented, it may.

If one buys a beast for a Shelamim offering or an animal for its flesh, the skin does not become Chulin.

If open or sealed jugs of wine were bought in an area where they usually sold open, the jugs do not become Chulin.

If baskets of figs and grapes were bought, the vessels do not become Chulin.

(Gemara) (Baraisa) (Ben Bag Bag): The pasuk states (Devarim 14:26), "And you shall give the money for whatever your soul desires'' - a person may buy a cow for its skin, a sheep for its wool and wine for its jug.

(R. Zeira): This is when the seller is a regular person, but if he's a professional (that makes and sells jugs, or sells skins, or sells wool; his mind is on those things and) it's as if he is selling this one (e.g. the animal) and that one (its skin) separately.

(R. Zeira): Our Mishnah also teaches this - If sealed jugs of wine were bought in an area where they are usually sold sealed, the jugs become Chulin. (But if they are usually sold open, the jugs do not become Chulin - since he could have bought only the wine but he bought it sealed, his mind is also on the jug.)

(R. Mana): We learn from R. Zeira - just as you say there that if he's a professional, it's as if he's selling them separately; similarly, if the buyer was a professional, it's as if he bought them separately.

If one bought a Chotel or Petulia of dates (a Lulav leaf basket in which one puts unripe dates for ripening) the baskets also become Chulin (since they are inseparable from the dates as long as the dates are ripening).

If one bought boxes of dates - some say that the boxes become Chulin and some say that they do not.

(Rav Chisda): The one who said that they become Chulin was referring to pressed dates (that he plans to dry, so the dates need the box). The one said that they do not become Chulin was referring to dates that are not pressed (so the dates do not need the box).
