- If a person swears not to eat figs and grapes, and then he swears not to eat figs, if he forgets the second Shevu'ah and eats figs and, after designating a Korban, he also eats grapes, he is not Chayav a Korban for the first Shevu'ah.
Read More - If a person swears not to eat ten loaves and then he swears not to eat nine loaves, if, after designating a Korban, he also eats a tenth loaf, he is not Chayav a Korban for the first Shevu'ah.
Read More - If a person swears that an object which is known to be made of stone is made of gold, or that a person known to be a man is a woman, it is a Shevu'as Shav.
Read More - If a person swears that he witnessed an impossible occurrence, or that he will transgress a Mitzvah, it is a Shevu'as Shav.
Read More - If a person swears to eat this loaf of bread, and then he swears not to eat it, the first Shevu'ah is a Shevas Bituy and the second Shevu'ah is a Shevu'as Shav.
