The one who says that an officer forbids immediately, this is when he regularly comes [and they cannot sop him from staying there]. A king's soldier forbids after 30 days when he is not regular;

The one who says that an officer forbids after 30 days, this is when he enters with [the king's] permission. A soldier never forbids when he enters without permission.
