What does "Acasriel....Hash-m Tzevakos...." translate as in English. It is in relation to Berachos 7a. This is in the book "I Pray Every Day" by Rabbi Ze'ev Greenwald.

Lee - the three words that you asked about are Holy Names used in prayer, and names cannot be translated.
Nonetheless, Holy Names refer to various attributes of the Creator, and they are used in prayer in accordance with the atribute to which we are appealing. In this sense, the first of the three you mentioned contains the letters that spell Keter, or Crown. It is referring to an attribute related to the dominion of the Creator over His creations. The second is the Tetragrammaton, which implies that the Creator always was, still is, and always will exist. The third contains the letters that spell Tzava, meaning hosts or legions. It refers to the attribute of the Creator by which he has created, and continues to sustain, legions upon legions of creations.
