The Rashbam explains that we learn from the Pasuk v'Karasa la'Shabos Oneg that at the place of "calling" the Shabos (Kidush), one should have his enjoyment (the Shabos meal). This Pasuk is from Yeshayah, so the concept we learn from here would not be Min ha'Torah, but d'Rabanan and the Drashah is an Asmachta.
