Hi in the insights to the daf you mentioned tosafot answers the question of how could you equate adam and bor to learn the other mazikin that since they both are caused by adam we wouldn't be able to learn other damages but I didn't see how he answers it, can you explain? Thank you

Shalom Joseph and Moshe,
Thank you very much for the question! I see that there may be a small mistake in the Insights to the Daf. Tosfos asks that it is impossible to learn from Esh and Bor through a Tzad ha'Shaveh, since his actions caused the damage (Ma'asav Garmu) -- Bor, since he dug it, and Esh, since he lit it. Tosfos asks that we cannot learn from these two, a case where a person harms someone else's property, since in both of these cases his actions caused the harm.
As for your question, Tosfos answers that Esh is not considered Ma'asav Garmu like Bor, since while it is true that the Nezek was started by his actions, in fact the damage is not done unless the wind intervenes, and therefore it is not really considered that his actions caused the damage, since you always need something more to damage by fire.
