What is the significance of "Lo b'Chipazon Tetze'u

1.

Rashi: This is because "Holech Lifneichem Hashem" to guide you on the way. One whose messenger goes in front of him to guide him, he does not leave in haste.

2.

Radak: You will leave high-handedly; you will not fear a man, and you will not need weapons, because "Holech Lifneichem Hashem". They left Egypt b'Chipazon because the Egyptians were rushing them to leave due to their Makos. However, once they left the city [of Mitzrayim], they went gently, high-handedly.

3.

Malbim: Nichpaz is one who is anxious to do something. "B'Chipazon Yatzasa me'Eretz Mitzrayim" (Devarim 16:3), for they wanted to go to the great goods - Giluy Shechinah via the pillar of fire, cloud and other salvation that they did not attain until they came to Har Sinai. The future will be different. "Holech Lifneichem Hashem" - you will not need to go elsewhere to attain Him!

What is the significance of "uvi'Mnusah Lo Selechun

1.

Rashi: This is because "Me'asifchem Elokei Yisrael" goes after you, to guard you from all pursuers. This is like "Me'asef l'Chol ha'Machanos" (Bamidbar 10:25). The one who goes after the Machaneh is called Me'asef, for he waits for the weak and those who stumble. And so it says "veha'Me'asef Holech Acharei ha'Aron" (Yehoshua 6:9).

2.

Malbim: Nas is one who flees. After leaving Egypt, they went bi'Mnusah, for Egypt chased after them. The future will be different, for "Me'asifchem Elokei Yisrael" - from whom will you flee?!
