Who are "Nos'ei Klei Hashem"?

1.

Rashi: The Kohanim and Leviyim, who used to carry His Kelim in the Midbar.

3.

Targum Yonasan: They will carry the Kelim of the Beis ha'Mikdash. Radak (12) - I do not understand. The Kelim of the Mikdash were not in this Galus, like they were in Galus Bavel; then, they carried them with them when they left Galus!
