Targum Onkelos: His brothers ("Ba'alei Chitzim" - who were destined to share their inheritance with him [from the Lashon "Mechtzah, half]) embittered his life, took revenge from him and oppressed him.

Rashbam: Potifar's wife embittered his life and 'shot at him arrows' (caused him to be thrown into jail through Leshon ha'Ra).

Seforno: Ya'akov was referring to the butler 2 and the courtiers 3 who slandered 4 him to Pharaoh.
