TUM'AH ON THE LAST DAY OF A LONG NEZIRUS (Yerushalmi Perek 3 Halachah 4 Daf 13a)
[ãó éâ òîåã à] îúðé' äøéðé ðæéø îàä éåí ðéèîà éåí îàä ñúø àú äëì
(Mishnah): If he said 'I am a Nazir 100 days'; and he became Tamei on day 100, he canceled everything (all the days);
åøáé àìéòæø àåîø ìà ñúø àìà ùìùéí
R. Eliezer says, he canceled only 30.
ðéèîà éåí îàä åàçã ñúø ùìùéí
If he became Tamei on day 101, he canceled 30;
øáé àìéòæø àåîø ìà ñúø àìà ùáòä:
R. Eliezer says, he canceled only seven.

(Gemara - R. Ze'ira citing Reish Lakish): R. Eliezer learns from "Zos Toras ha'Nazir b'Yom Melos" - one who becomes Tamei on Yom Melos (the day of completion), we give to him the law of a [Stam] Nazir (30 days).

Question (Shmuel bar Ba, to R. Ze'ira): If he became Tamei in those [added 30] days (according to R. Eliezer, surely he does not cancel, for this is not within Melos. He must count only seven days, due to Tum'ah. Does the seventh day count)? To what extent is he given the law of a Nazir?

Answer #1 (R. Shamai): Since you say that he is given the law of a Nazir, he is like one who became Tamei on Yom Melos, and one who became Tamei on Yom Melos, day seven does not count.

Rebuttal (R. Shamai): If he is like one who became Tamei on Yom Melos, why does he cancel only seven? He should cancel 30 days!

Answer #2: Rather, he is like one who became Tamei after Melos, and his seventh day counts. (We explained this like MEICHAL HA'MAYIM.)
ONE WHO ACCEPTED NEZIRUS IN A CEMETARY (Yerushalmi Perek 3 Halachah 5 Daf 13b)
îúðé' îé ùðæø åäåà ááéú ä÷áøåú àôéìå äåà ùí ùìùéí éåí àéï òåìéï ìå îï äîðééï åàéðå îáéà ÷øáï èåîàä
(Mishnah): If one accepted Nezirus in a cemetery, even if he stayed there 30 days, they do not count. He does not bring Korban Tum'ah;
éöà åðëðñ òåìéï ìå îï äîðééï åîáéà ÷øáï èåîàä
If he left and returned, the days are counted, and he brings Korban Tum'ah.
Note: The Rambam and Bartenura explain that Tum'ah of a cemetery does not cancel Nezirus and obligate Korban Tum'ah. Our Mishnah says that he brings Korban Tum'ah for a Tum'ah that cancels Nezirus, e.g. he towered above a Mes.

R. Eliezer says, he does not [bring Korban Tum'ah if he returned] on that day [that he became Tahor] - "veha'Yamim ha'Rishonim Yiplu" - only if there were first days (plural, i.e. at least two).
âî' ðæø åäåà áéï ä÷áøåú ø' éåçðï àîø îúøéï áå òì äééï åòì äúâìçú
(Gemara - R. Yochanan): If one accepted Nezirus in a cemetery, we warn him for wine and shaving (he is lashed for them).
ø"ù áï ì÷éù àîø îàçø ùàéï îúøéï áå òì äèåîàä àéï îúøéï áå òì äééï åòì äúâìçú
(Reish Lakish): Since we do not warn him for Tum'ah, we do not warn him for wine and shaving.

Question: R. Yochanan contradicts himself! There (a Nazir who was becoming Tamei and drinking wine), he said that we warn him for wine, Tum'ah and shaving (even though he is already Tamei), and here he says so (we do not warn him for Tum'ah)?!
øáðéï ã÷éñøéï òì ëåìä ôìéâéï ãøáé éåçðï àîø îúøéï áå òì äééï [ö"ì åòì äèåîàä - ÷øáï äòãä] åòì äúâìçú øùá"ì àîø îàçø ùàéï îúøéï áå òì äèåîàä àéï îúøéï áå ìà òì äééï åìà òì äúâìçú
Answer (Rabanan of Kisarin): [Indeed,] they argue about everything. R. Yochanan says that we warn him for wine, Tum'ah and shaving. Reish Lakish says, since we do not warn him for Tum'ah, we do not warn him for wine and shaving.
