What do we learn from "Ki Hu Tzivah v'Nivra'u"?

Malbim: In Shamayim there was only Beri'ah. In the land there was also Yetzirah and Asiyah. Beri'ah is creation Yesh from Ayin (nothingness). Yetzirah is giving form - Yesh from Yesh, e.g. the dry land. Asiyah finishes the matter, e.g. making vegetation. It says "Borei ha'Shamayim
