What is the meaning of "Chevlei Resha'im Iveduni"?

1.

Rashi, from Menachem: Bands of Resha'im despoiled me. This is like "Yochal Ad" (Bereishis 49:27). Radak - it is as if they pillaged my Nefesh, amidst their great provocation. They put many Chava;im (ropes) and rocks on me.

2.

Rashi: We can say that "Iveduni" is an expression of "Od"; they outnumbered me.

3.

Malbim: Bands of Resha'im made me prey for their teeth.

2)

Why does it say "Torasecha Lo Shachachti"?

1.

Radak: In spite of all the Resha'im did to me (refer to 119:61:1:1), I did not forget Your Torah.

2.

Malbim: To engage in Torah, one needs a settled mind. [Bands of Resha'im made me prey for their teeth, and] even so, I did not forget Your Torah.
