Radak: This refers to Bnei Amon. The feminine is used for the Kenesiyah (congregation). When your seers and sorcerers had a false vision for you, and promised that the sword will not come upon you, they did not know that the sword is open.

Why does it say "Lases Osach El Tzavarei Chalelei Resha'im"?

Rashi: To make you err, and make your neck like the necks of dead Resha'im of Yisrael.

Rashi (36): Refer to 21:34:1:2.

Radak: "El" is like Im (with). You will be given into the hand of the sword together with the necks of the killed. Also Yonason translates so. These Chalalim are of Jewish Resha'im who fell to the sword. Also Bnei Amon will fall to the sword, like Yisrael did!

Malbim: You sent your sword to kill Gedalyah via the false visions they saw for you, to put you to the necks of Resha'im. They said that your sword is prepared to kill the remnant of Yisrael, who are already Resha'im and proper to die in their evil.

Rashi: It is their day (Radak ? when Jewish Resha'im fell).
