A Hagahah in Rashi says similarly, just its text says 'you will be prepared for permanent Ge'ulah.'

2)

Why does it say "Rachaki me'Oshek"?

1.

Rashi: This is like "Hisna'ari me'Afar" (52:2); distance from your oppressors.

2.

Radak, Hagahah in Rashi from Abarvenel: Distance yourself (Ayalah Sheluchah - you will be far) from oppressing people, the way Resha'im do. Radak - also "u'Mus ba'Har" (Devarim 32:50) is like v'Samus; "v'Sim ba'Sela Kinecha" (Bamidbar 24:21) is like v'Tasim.

3.

Malbim: You will be distanced from being oppressed monetarily.

3)

What will you not fear?

1.

Radak: You will not even fear oppressors. The matter is repeated in different words.

2.

Hagahah in Rashi from Abarvenel: [You need not steal, for] you will not fear poverty or ruin; it will not occur to you.

3.

Malbim: You will not fear being oppressed monetarily, nor being killed (murderers will not be able to come close to you).
