What is the meaning of "va'Yishach"?

Rashi (from Sotah 48a): This refers to Hashem. They caused Him to appear like a startled man. It says also "Tzur Yeladecha Teshi" (Devarim 32:18), "ba'Atzaltayim Yimach ha'Mekareh" (Koheles 10:18).
