Radak: You are worried about them; you need not worry further.

Malbim: Do not worry lest your house and place be too narrow and small to hold all these residents. The ruins will be clothed with the residents.

What is the meaning of "Tetzeri mi'Yoshev"?

Rashi: You will be narrow, amidst the many residents that will enter you. It will be constricted for them to [have room to] build houses.

Malbim: Until now, you were too narrow to hold all your destroyers. Now, they will be distanced, and your residents will fill you.

Why does it say "v'Rachaku Meval'ayich"?

1.

Radak: Those who destroy you will be distanced to the end of the land. No destroyer will enter your borders again.
