What is the meaning of "Ya'atzah Lechalel Ge'on"?

1.

Radak: Hashem counseled to destroy it, because it became haughty over its great wealth, and crowned itself, and not Kel.

2.

Malbim: Hashem counseled this for two reasons. (a) They coveted money and wealth and pursued it so much to the point that they attributed glory and strength to every coveted matter. Hashem wanted to profane this, and show that it has no import. (b) Refer to 23:9:4:2.

2)

Why does it say "Lechalel Ge'on Kol Tzvi"?

4)

Why does it say "Lehakel Kol Nichbedei Aretz"?

1.
