Why did He say that He is satiated with their Olos?

Rashi: This is like "Pen Yisba'acha u'Sne'echa" (Mishlei 25:17; being too frequent by a friend arouses hatred).

Radak: One who is satiated with a matter, he despises it.

Malbim: There are four 1 kinds of Korbanos. (a) Nedavos - this includes Olah, which is totally burned, and Shelamim and Todah, in which only the Chelev is burned. "Chelev Meri'im" refers to the latter two. Since you do not bring Korbanos to show recognition of Hashem's Chesed, and humility in front of Him, you think that He is hungry for Chelev and meat. Hashem answers, I am satiated - I do not desire more!

What are "Meri'im"?

Rashi: They are fattened flock animals (goats and sheep).

Why does it mention "Dam Parim u'Chevasim v'Atudim"?

Malbim: A second kind of Korbanos are Chata'os and Ashamos, to atone for sin. Atonement depends primarily on throwing their blood on the Mizbe'ach. The purpose is so the sinner will confess, be humbled and repent. You do not repent. You think that I desire blood of the Korban - I do not desire it!

Why does Hashem not desire them?

1.

Rashi: Since they transgress His Torah, "Zevach Resha'im To'evah" (Mishlei 21:27).

Radak: Hashem commanded Korbanos only so they will remember Him and constantly put Him on their hearts and not sin, and if they sinned, they will confess with a Korban and repent from their evil ways. Had they done so, it would have been "l'Re'ach Nicho'ach" (Bamidbar 28:6).

Malbim: People used to bring many and fat Korbanos. They thought that this will attain the desired goal. Hashem refutes this. An act without intent is like a body without Ru'ach and Neshamah. What does the action of Korbanos do?! Refer to 1:11:1:3, 1:11:3:1, 1:12:2:3.
