What is "Ru'ach Malei me'Eleh"?

Rashi #1: It is full of these punishments. Malbim - i.e. the destructive Goyim, and the lion, which are prepared to destroy the land. My Ru'ach is full of these visions.

Rashi #2: It is complete intent; I will not retract from it.

Radak: It is a strong Ru'ach, full of all strength. This is like "Milei Yado va'Keshes" (Melachim II, 9:24).

Why did He say "Yavo Li"?

Malbim: To me will come a full Ru'ach Nevu'ah; refer to 4:12:1:1.

Why does it say "Gam Ani Adaber Mishpatim Osam"?

1.

Rashi: "Mishpatim" is rebuke.

2.

Radak: [I will speak judgments] about Yisrael. "Gam Ani" includes above the Mishpat of Nevu'ah and its rebukes, I will also speak on my own rebuke with them. Perhaps they will repent when I increase my rebuke on them.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: For their erring [to go] after false Nevi'im.

4.

Malbim: As opposed to the Ru'ach of the false Nevi'im, I will speak Mishpatim and rebuke to these false Nevi'im and those who heed their voice.
