Verse 15 said "Dalas ha'Am." Is this the same as "Dalas ha'Aretz"?

1.

Radak: Yes. He exiled some, and left some.

2)

What are "Chormim"?

1.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: They tend vineyards.

2.

Radak (Melachim II, 25:12, citing Shabbos 26a): They are people who pick Afarsemon from Ein Gedi.

3)

What are "Yogvim"?

1.

Rashi: They dig in the ground.

2.

Rashi (from Shabbos 26a): They are people who hunt the Chilazon [Radak Melachim II, 25:12 - from the ladders (steep inclines) of Tzur until Chaifa]. Rashi (Shabbos 26a) - Yogvim is like Yekevim 1 (winepresses), where they press the Chilazon to squeeze out its blood.

3.

Radak (Melachim II, 25:12, citing Targum Yonasan): They are people who work in fields.

1

Ramban (Shemos 28:31): The letters Gimel and Kuf are sometimes interchanged (because they are articulated from the same place in the mouth - Harei Besamim 2 155.) The corresponding verse above (39:10) says that he gave to them vineyards and Yegevim.

4)

Why did he leave some poor people, and not exile them?

1.

Malbim (39:10): He knew that they would not rebel against him, for he gave to them vineyards and fields 1 .

So it says there. Here and in Melachim II, 25:12, it says that he left them to be Chormim and Yegevim (people who tend vineyards and fields). It does not say that he gave land to them. (PF)
