What do we learn from "Rodef Tzedakah va'Chesed Yimtza Chayim Tzedakah v'Chavod"?

Bava Basra 9b #1: Anyone who pursues to do Tzedakah, Hashem will enable him to give Tzedakah.

Bava Basra 9b #2: Anyone who pursues to do Tzedakah, Hashem will present to him proper recipients, so he will get reward. This excludes "va'Yihyu Muchshalim Lefanecha" - Yirmeyah asked that even when (the people who wanted to kill him) try to do Tzedakah, Hashem should present to them unworthy recipients, so they will get no reward.

Yevamos 109a-b: One should cling to bringing Shalom. We learn a Gezeirah Shavah 'Rodef-Rodef' from "Bakesh Shalom v'Radfehu" (Tehilim 34:15).

Kidushin 40a: For Mitzvos including making Shalom between people, the principal reward is saved for the world to come, and one enjoys dividends in this world. "Rodef Tzedakah va'Chesed
