Who strikes nations with anger?
Radak: Nebuchadnetzar. Because he began the tyranny, and he conquered all lands, this is said about him. His sons, even though all nations served them, they took only what their father left for them. "B'Evrah" teaches that he had no mercy on [the nations].
Malbim: Evrah is anger without a reason.
What is "Makas Bilti Sarah"?
