- The Melikah of a Chatas ha'Of is done from the back of the neck. The Kohen severs the trachea and the esophagus, and then he presses the bird against the Mizbe'ach to squeeze out the blood.
Read More - There was no Yesod in the southeastern corner of the Mizbe'ach. Rav and Levi disagree about whether there was no Yesod at all, or whether the blood was not poured onto the Yesod there.
