The Kollel replies:
Dear Josh,
We are used to the fact that a Chazaka is established after 3 times.?
However, Rebbe's opinion all over Shas is that after 2 times, a Chazaka already ??exists. It's not only true for the Katlanis but for other cases as well. (See for example, Eruvin 97a).
