When explaining Bereishit 13:10, R Yochanan uses the pasuk by shimshon (shoftim 14:3) to draw a connection between "et einav" to immorality. Why can't it just rely on the previous pasuk for that by potifar's wife (39:7) which which says "she raised HER EYES" which would make the connection to immorality, instead of having to use another pasuk to reach us that. Thank you

Shalom Rav,
Granted, Rebbi Yochanan could have learned "Einav" from Potifar's wife. Nevertheless, he chose to learn it from Shimshon as a matter of style, in order to learn each word from a different source.
