As some korbonei tzibur are brought in multiples, do they combine to give a full kezayis as it considered 'ONE' korbon

Dear Sholem,
They don't combine.
The Pasuk explains that there is no Zerika-blood unless there is a continuation of meat to eat or Emurin on the Mizbeach (haBasar vehaDam). If there is no Kezais in this animal alone, it is no good, since there is no followup of a full Kezayis.
