If we learn the halacha of chagigah of the fourteenth from the word bakar, how in the world can Ben Teima ask (and the Gemara state that yes indeed he holds) that the chagigah has to come from tzon!?

Sholom Rav.
Ben Teima learns the Chagigah of the fourteenth from the words
"ve'Lo Yalin la'Boker Zevach Chag ha'Pesach", the Gemara that you are quoting is according to ben Dursa'i.

Thank you very much. Do we know what he does with the other pasuk?
Sholom Rav.
Yes! As the Gemara explains according to the Chachamim of ben Dursa'i 'A leftover Pesach is brought as something that can be sacrificed from the flock or from the herd - i.e. a Shelamim'.
