I found that the Teshuvos of Maharam Shik (written by the leading disciple of the Chasam Sofer), Yoreh Deah #160, DH Omnan, writes that the Rabanan who disagree with Rebbi Yehudah and maintain that "one side of Ribis" is forbidden by the Torah automatically also maintain that there is Bereirah according to the Torah.
It would follow, according to this, that Rebbi Yehudah maintains that according to the Torah there is no Bereirah.
