The Michlol has Bereishis rabbo 65:7 as the source of this gemoro, however I cannot find it in that place. would be grateful to you if you could direct me to the correct source. Thank you

It is in chapter 65 (or Parshah 65) of Bereishis Rabah, but in the edition I have at home it is 65:12 (the Parshiyos of the Midrash Rabah are sometimes divided up in slightly different ways in different editions of the Midrash, which may be the source of the confusion here). This refers to verse 2 of Bereshis chapter 27, where Yakov, said, "I do not know which day I will die." On this, the Bereishis Rabah cites the Beraisa, which is also cited by the Gemara here in Pesachim 54b that 7 things are hidden from people, one of them is the day one dies and another is how one earns a living.

It also appears in Koheleth Rabbah 11:5. (Quoted in the Sefer 'She'elath Rav' p. 63 in the name of HaGaon Rav Chaim Kanievky shlit"a in regard to performing ultrasounds during pregnancy. The content of a pregnant women's womb is also listed there (in Koheleth, and Bereishis) as one of the 7 things hidden from people).
