Dear Ben,
Shabbos is different. Rashi learns because the ox is not working which might be the cause of the attack and Tosfos learns because people look like strangers because of their different Shabbos dress. So a Mu'ad for Sunday doesn't exist. But the Rambam seems to learn that this can be true for any day and Shabbos is just an example
