I visited the site and this is not available - only 2a! When I tried to see - perhaps daf 22 - I also found that daf 22b is not available - Is there some BUG?

I'm afraid it's no more than human error. We meant to refer to Yevamos 3:2, not 2:2.
I checked Yevamos Daf 22 on our site (http://www.dafyomi.co.il/yevamos/insites/ye-dt-022.htm) and had no troubble accessing it. It must have been a transient problem.
