Do we consider a lechi and korah as a mechitza hamafsik or a mechitza hamukaf? I believe that the Chazon Ish and the Mishnah Brerurah dissagree as to whether a tzuras ha pesach operates as a real mechitza hamakif ( See Rav Schachter's article in the RJJ Journal).
We do not have access to the RJJ Journal, nor do we know to which one you are referring.
Please define the terms "Mechitzah ha'Mafsik" and "Mechitzah ha'Mukaf" for us so that we might be able to see if there are any indications in the Rishonim concerning how Lechi and Korah work in the context of those terms. (In general, the more specific your question is, the better we will be able to help you!)
Be well!

In Volume 5 of the RJJ Journal,Rav Schachter has an excellent introductory article to Hilchos Eruvin. At pp 9-10, the question is raised whether a tzuras hapesach works to permit hotzah in a carmelis
According to Rav Schachter, several Acharonim rejected this argument. Their argument is that kilayim and Eruvin require different types of mechitzos. Tzuras hapesach is a mechitza hamafsekes, as opposed to a mechitza hamakefet (separation as opposed to enclosure). Rav Schachter points out that despite the "refutation of his proof, it is the opinion of the Chazon Ish which is widely accepted today."
The critical Gemara on this issue is in Eruvin 12a.
Thank you for pointing out that discussion!
