Rashi: It means 'If the woman is not guilty on this occasion, and she is innocent from having sinned on any other occasion'.
What are the implications of "Veniksah"?
Rashi: It means that she is free from the cursing waters. 1
Seforno: It means that she is absolved from the sin of Shevu'as Shav. 2
It is unclear as to why Rashi does not explain simply that she is innocent from sinning (See Pasuk 31)
And what are the ramifications of "ve'Nizre'ah Zara"?
Rashi: If she is used to giving birth in pain, she will now give birth with ease; if previously, she gave birth to dark-skinned babies, she will now give birth to babies with fair skin. 1
