Why does it say "Ten Lahem Hashem Mah Titen"?

Rather, give to them a punishment proper for Zenus, like You punish Midah k'Neged Midah - Rechem Mashkil and Shadayim Tzomekim, so they cannot beget and raise children of Zenus and increase Mamzerim. This is a proper punishment. Galus is not Midah k'Neged Midah.

How is this relevant? Perhaps Rashi refers to the Reisha of the verse - it was decreed that women suffer pain of raising children, pregnancy and birth. Therefore, Hashem must allow children to live past birth! (PF)

What is "Rechem Mashkil"?

Rashi: When they enter the air of the world, they will die.

Radak: They die in the womb. It is as if the womb makes them miscarry.

Why should He give Shadayim Tzomekim"?

1.

Rashi: The babies will not find milk to nurse. Radak - they will die due to this. Tzomekim is dry.
