Why is there no Hei at the end of "v'Haysah"?

Radak: We find like this - "v'Asas Es ha'Tevu'ah" (Vayikra 25:21). Usually it is pronounced as if there is a Hei (even if it is omitted, like here).

What is "k'Domen"?

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: It is like dung. Malbim - this hints to dogs taking her body elsewhere (to Navos' field, to eat it there), just like dung is cast on the field.

Why does it say "Asher Lo Yomru Zos Izevel"?

Malbim: The head and face did not remain, so one could not recognize that it is Izevel.
