Who sent the form of a hand?
Radak: The honor, in which appeared like Chashmal.
Malbim: Hashem sent the form of a hand in a prophetic vision.
What is "Tzitzis Roshi"?
Rashi: It is the locks of hair of my head. Radak - also "v'Asu Lahem Tzitzis" (Bamidbar 15:38) is like a branch that hangs from the garment. Hashem brought him to Yerushalayim to see the deeds for which the Bayis was destroyed and the honor departed. Therefore, he took him by the locks, like one who is angry at his slave grabs him by his locks to bring him to the jail. In the vision that was a sign of returning from Galus in the days of Mashi'ach, He did not take him by the locks. Rather, He brought him to Eretz Yisrael gently and stationed him on a very high mountain - a sign of the great level that Yisrael will have at that time.
Why does it say "b'Mar'os Elokim"?
Rashi: He showed to me as if He carries me and brings me to Yerushalayim. Radak - it was all a prophetic vision. Yechezkel did not come to Yerushalayim, and did not leave his place in his house until the Nevu'ah ended - "va'Tavei Osi Yerushalaimah b'Mar'os Elokim." At the end it says "va'Tevi'eni Kasdimah... b'Ru'ach Elokim" (11:24). All this is a sign of the Galus.
What is "El Pesach"?
Radak: It is near the opening.
What is "Sha'ar ha'Penimis ha'Poneh Tzafonah"?
Rashi: It is the gate of the Azarah, which is interior 1 to Har ha'Bayis. It had gates in all directions. Radak - this is like it says in Melachim "va'Yiven Es he'Chatzer ha'Penimis" (Melachim I, 6:36). The adjective is mentioned, but what is describes (the Chatzer) is omitted. We find like this - "k'Eder ha'Ketzuvos" (Shir ha'Shirim 4:2; it should say 'k'Eder Rechelim ha'Ketzuvos), "u'Ma'achalo Beri'ah" (Chabakuk 1:16; Seh is omitted).
Malbim: The heretics said that one power does good, and another does evil; the latter resides in the north. Hashem commanded to slaughter Korbanos in back of the Mizbe'ach, in the north 2 , in front of the Master of mercy. "Zove'ach la'Elohim Yacharam" (Shemos 22:19; one who offers to any god other than Hashem will die). It says "Korban la'Shem" regarding Korbanos, lest heretics be able to say that the Torah condones offering to other gods.
What is "Semel ha'Kin'ah"?
Rashi: The image [idol] of Kin'ah. They put it there to vex Hashem. Also Yonason translates so. Malbim - Menasheh put an idol in the Heichal; we do not find that anyone after him did so. This sin was guarded for them, for they did not fully repent from it, like I explained in Yirmeyah Perek 15 and Melachim II Perek 23. They are drawn after his mindset, and intended to appease his idol in the north with Korbanos. This idol causes Hashem, who does good, to do judgments against them. The Chashmal was seen amidst fire, to teach that Hashem judges (punishes) with fire.
Why does it say "ha'Maknah"?
Radak: It should say ha'Makni 1 ; the grammatical form is like "Masgi la'Goyim" (Iyov 12:23). It arouses Hashem's Kin'ah when it is in His house, where His honor dwells - "Hem Kin'uni v'Lo Kel" (Devarim 32:21).
Radak: The Hei at the end is in place of an Aleph.
