What is the significance of these Brachos?

1.

Malbim: These Brachos are in the Torah ? "v'Nasati Gishmeichem b'Itam? v'Nasnah ha'Aretz Yevulah; ? vi'Shavtem la'Vetach b'Artzechem; v'Nasati Shalom ba'Aretz? v'Hishbati Chayah Ra'ah" (Vayikra 26:4-6). Here it discusses eradicating evil judges, which are Chayah Ra'ah 1 , the sword and hunger.

Why did he need to say that evil judges are Chayah Ra'ah? It says here "v'Hishbati Chayah Ra'ah" (25)! Perhaps he needed to say that they are [like] the sword and hunger, to parallel the Torah's Brachos, and adds that they are also like Chayah Ra'ah. (PF)

2)

Above, it depicts Yisrael as a flock, and says that they will dwell serenely in the Midbar and forests. Here it says "v'Nasan Etz ha'Sadeh Es Piryo", which implies that they are people who eat fruits of trees!

1.

Malbim: First it discusses dwelling serenely in lands of Goyim, and He will remove the harsh subjugation - then they are depicted as a flock that dwells serenely in the Midbar ? lands of the nations are called "Midbar ha'Amim" (20:35). Afterwards it depicts them as people dwelling serenely in their land.
