Rashi (10): Yes.

Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): They contradict their Father in Shamayim, and say that the world was born by itself, without a father that begat it, i.e. without a creator. Also refer to 30:11:2:1*.

Malbim (Derech ha'Pashut): Just like the king disgraced his parents and removed them from their thrones (refer to 30:15:2:5), so the entire nation disgraced their parents.

What is the significance of not blessing its mother?

Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): Also the physical substance from which the world came about, according to his opinion, he does not bless it. He says that it is a corrupt source. It consumes its sons, makes its children perish, and begets others in place of them 1 .

Malbim: These heretics say that evil overpowers good. They say that there is no obligation to honor parents, for it was better that man not be created; entering the world is for his evil. They curse their father for causing them to exist.
