What do we learn from "Az Nidberu Yir'ei Hashem Ish El Re'ehu va'Yakshev Hashem..."?

1.

Avos 3:2: The Shechinah is with two people learning Torah together.

2.

Shabbos 63a: If two Chachamim learn Halachah together gently, Hashem listens to them. 'Dibur' means gently - "Yadber Amim Tachtenu."

3.

Rashi: I answer your words. When Resha'im do their evil, and the good went lowly, because those who fear Hashem spoke not to cling to their evil deeds, I will not forget your words.

4.

Radak: The above ("Shav Avod Elokim..." - 14), people who do not understand Hashem's ways and judgments said it. When Yir'ei Hashem hear from these people who deny Hashem's Hashgachah over lower beings, they speak to each other and discuss the matter, until their intellect finds that "v'Chol Derachav Mishpat Kel Emunah v'Ein Avel" (Devarim 32:4). Hashem hearkened to their words, and will reward them.

5.

Malbim: Yir'ei Hashem are those who do not serve in order to get reward. They will say these matters to each other, and prove from here that this is not the world of reward and punishment; it is only the world of test. Via Tzadikim being afflicted in this world, their Avodah is at a high level, not to serve from fear of punishment and hope for reward, rather, amidst awe of Hashem. This world is not the place of reward for their Avodah. Hashem, who knows hidden thoughts, is pleased with this.

What is the "Sefer Zikaron"?

1.

Rashi: Even though I do not rush to pay, I hearkened, heard and commanded to write a Sefer of remembrance. Their words will last with Me.

2.

Radak: This is a Mashal in Leshon Bnei Adam - kings write chronicles. Hashem does not forget! The same applies to "mi'Sifrecha Asher Kasavta" (Shemos 32:32), "Kol ha'Nimtza Kasuv ba'Sefer" (Daniel 12:1).

3.

Malbim: Even though Hashem did not pay their reward in this world, He wrote their deeds in a special Sefer. They persisted in their Emunah in spite of many afflictions - this shows that they are Yir'ei Hashem, i.e. awe of His grandeur, and seek only to sanctify His name.

3)

What do we learn from "ul'Choshvei Shemo"?

1.

Brachos 6a: If a person Chashav (intended) to do a Mitzvah and was unable to, it is considered as if he did it.

2.

Radak: They constantly think about Hashem's ways and knowing His Elokus, for His name is Him and He is His name.

3.

Radak citing Ibn Ezra: Yir'ei Hashem are Tzadikim; Choshevei Shemo are Chachamim who know the honored, awesome secret of Hashem.
