What is the meaning of "bi'Ymino Hayah ha'Kesem Yerushalayim"?

What are "Karim?
Rashi: They are authorities appointed to head troops.
Radak citing his father, Malbim (4:2): They are lambs, like "Im Chelev Karim v'Eilim" (Devarim 32:14). They make iron rams to batter against the wall.
What is Simas Karim?
Radak: He appointed army officers. This is like "v'Sim Aleha Charim" (4:2).
What is "Lifto'ach Peh v'Retzach"?
Radak: Nebuchadnetzar and the army officers will open their mouths for murder, i.e. to kill everyone in the city.
Why will they sound a loud Teru'ah?
Radak: To befuddle the people in the city.
Malbim: It is a sign of victory.
How did he appoint Karim over the gates?
Rashi: He said, you and your troop, stay at gate Ploni.
Radak: When people of the city close the gate, they put Karim against them to break them and enter through them. This applies to both of my Perushim of Karim (army officers, or iron rams).
Malbim: Initially, they put the iron rams against the wall. Now they put them by the gates, to break them.
What is "Lishpoch Solelah"?
Rashi, Targum Yonasan: They pour earth, compress it and make a tall mound, like mounds on which towers stand, to stand on it and fight against people of the city. Malbim ? they shoot arrows at the city.
What is "Dayek"?
Radak: It is a wooden tower made against the city to conquer it.
Malbim: It is a wall around the city wall, to stop people from leaving the city.
