1)

From where do we know that one is not permitted to marry one's daughter?

1.

Rashi (citing Yevamos, 97a): We learn it via a Gezeirah Shavah 1 "Heinah Heinah" from Pasuk 11 - Just as "Ishah u'Bitah" there has the same Din as "bas B'nah and bas Bitah", so too here, 'Bitcha' (which is not mentioned) has the same Din as "bas Bincha and bas Bitcha".

2.

Sanhedrin, 76a: See note on answer #1) - only it is not really a Kal va'Chomer, but a Giluy Milsa ('an obvious inference). 2

Rashi, ibid.: Even though we could learn it from a Kal va'Chomer (if his granddaughter is forbidden, all the more so his daughter), that is not enough to render him punishable.

See Torah Temimah, note 28.
