Rashi writes: "He bestowed good - [i.e.] Pharaoh bestowed." Why doesn't the verse state this explicitly?

Gur Aryeh: The point here is not that Pharaoh gave the gifts, but that Avraham received them. Refer to 12:13:4:5. HaSh-m brought it about that Avraham should become wealthy, as He had promised.
