What is the meaning of "Amecha Nedavos b'Yom Cheilecha"?

Rashi #1: When you will gather an army to chase after them, your nation and lovers will volunteer to go with you - "va'Yarek Es Chanichav Yelidei Beiso" (Bereishis 14:14), and not more than that 1 . Aner, Eshkol and Mamrei volunteered to go after Avraham, to help him.

Rashi #2: Am Yisrael will volunteer to help you on the day that you make an army. People gathered from every Shevet when he went to Tziklag - "umi'Menasheh Naflu Al David..."; "u'Min ha'Gadi Nivdelu El David" (Divrei ha'Yamim I, 12:20, 9).

What is the meaning of "b'Hadrei Kodesh me'Rechem Mishchar"?

1.

Rashi #1: This will be to you (Avraham) in the merit of the beauty of Kedushah that was in you from your mother's womb. He recognized his Creator at the age of three years.

Rashi #2: Due to the beauty of Kedushah that was in you from your youth.

Radak: In Yerushalayim, which is Hadras Kodesh, like it is called "Admas Kodesh" (Zecharyah 2:16). Hadrei is a matter of beauty, and so it is called "Yefe Nof Mesos Kol ha'Aretz" (above, 48:3). It is plural, for many matters are the good and beauty of Yerushalayim.

Radak (7): Notzerim say that this refers to their savior, who was born from a womb. They err greatly; refer to 110:1:1:4*.

Malbim: He was anointed in his youth with Kodesh oil, which was like dew for him - "k'Shemen ha'Tov ha'Yored Al ha'Zaken k'Tal Chermon she'Yored Al Harerei Tziyon" (133:3).

Why does it say "[me'Rechem Mishchar Lecha Tal Yaldusecha"?

1.

Rashi: Your youth will be considered for you. The straightness with which you conducted in your youth will be pleasant for you like dew, which is pleasant.

2.

Radak: The day that you left the womb and were born, that morning was for you, i.e. your good. The dew that descended when you were born, was for you. I.e. from the womb you went out to kingship. You had dew of Brachah that morning.

Malbim: Even though you sinned with Bas Sheva, the dew of your youth, i.e. the good deeds of your youth, are like dew to make your honor sprout. The verse depicts that dew left the womb of (was born from) the morning. "Uch'Or Boker Yizrach Shemesh" (Shmuel II, 23:4) is a metaphor for the sprouting of kingship which is compared to sprouting of morning.
