Question: When the Mishnah in Peah discusses the charity fund and the clothing fund, it teaches that if a poor man was residing there for 12 months, he may receive from these funds. However, the reference to pasim and zimiyos was concerning giving these taxes after residing there for 12 months. What's the connection between receiving and collecting?

Answer (R. Yosi bei R. Bun): Concerning the pasim and zimiyos taxes, after 12 months he must also give wheat for Pesach and if he is poor he may receive it.
